CDMASC Spring Conference Workshop Registration Form - DUE APRIL 2 
Workshop Registration is below. Please enter one workshop per school at this time. It is strongly encouraged for all candidates to run a workshop. Workshops will run once, potentially twice (depending on number of candidates), for approximately 40/45 minutes. We will let schools know in advance how many times workshops will run. Workshop registrations are due WEDNESDAY, APRIL 2.

We will be doing regional awards again this year. We will be doing the CDMASC Unsung Hero & the Dianne Tattersall Leadership Award. Award nomination forms are attached and are due back by WEDNESDAY, APRIL 4th.
